I have long despised Rita Cosby as the chief example of everything that is wrong with TV news. This photo is disturbing in many ways. It deserves a caption that I am too disgusted to come up with at the moment. So have at it.
How about, "Give me a high five, you managed to help distract the news media from the fact that a judge ruled against old George, today, about his wiretapping."
One more thing. The person taking the picture with the Stars and Stripes bucket hat has got to be considered an "American Idiot".

Or how about:
