First NSA Whistleblower Steps Forward

In a development that could take the sting out of Bush's defense of his NSA spy program, Russel Tice a 20 year NSA employee has stepped forward. This is a big deal because Bush's main defense has been to attack the leakers and grandstand about the investigation. Now there is a face to the story and if he proves sincere and credible, Bush is in big trouble. I'm sure Mr. Tice is in for the "swiftboat" ride of his life. I can't wait to see the interviews. Here is an excerpt from the ABC News article:
President Bush has admitted that he gave orders that allowed the NSA to eavesdrop on a small number of Americans without the usual requisite warrants.

But Tice disagrees. He says the number of Americans subject to eavesdropping by the NSA could be in the millions if the full range of secret NSA programs is used.

"That would mean for most Americans that if they conducted, or you know, placed an overseas communication, more than likely they were sucked into that vacuum," Tice said.
